Intro to TRE for Chronic Fatigue Be led through a revised series of exercises and edited practice tailored specifically for those with ME/CFS and Long Covid by someone who overcame chronic fatigue and chemical sensitivities utilizing TRE. In this Intro to TRE series you will- – mindfully release stress and tension in a supportive environment

This 1 hour TRE® session will include: 1. Brief review of client’s intention 2. Guided body scan for awareness 3. TRE® exercises and up to 20 min. tremoring 4. Rest/integration, grounding and self-regulation. 5. Debrief (share about the experience; suggestions made by the practitioner; Q&A) GOOD TO KNOW: – Avoid caffeine or eating a meal
