A colleague introduced her to David Berceli's Trauma Release Exercises in 2012 and she has been using them personally with remarkable results. Lynda observed the difficulty that clients had in fully recovering from trauma from a 'talking therapy' perspective, especially with the likelihood of triggering and re-traumatizing in the retelling process. She has found her clients do not need to revisit their trauma through talking in detail,but instead the body gently and effectively releases at its own pace, together with the emotional component associated with tension patterns held in the body through using TRE. Clients continue to heal themselves from their EVERYDAY STRESS AND TENSION, long after the counseling has finished and feel less anxious, calmer and over time an inner sense of peace.
