TRE Module 2 is about teaching TRE to individuals as part of the TRE Provider Process. Completion of Module 1 is a requirement.

TRE Module 2 is the second TRE Module of the TRE Provider Process and for those wishing to train in as a TRE Provider.
The two day online training with Train TRE and Deborah Brown is about you learning to teach TRE safely to others. This training is online.
- Safely teaching the 7 TRE with grounding and self-regulation to individuals
- Verbal skills, awareness and key interventions
- An introduction to Polyvagal Theory (Stephen Porges)
- An introduction to fascia and following the body
- Early signs of overwhelm and how to safely work with
- The importance of presence, co-regulation and basic interventions to support regulation
Timings:
Day 1 9.30am – 5.30pm
Day 2 9.30am – 5.30pm
There will be plenty of breaks for rest and lunch.
Note: An additional module, Module 3, and a supervision process are required to teach TRE to others as a TRE Provider, the time frame for which is 12-24 months. Please click here for full details and here to book via Eventbrite.
