INTRODUCTION TO TRE™ – Module ONE – Online LIVE Workshop
Introduction to TRE™ – Tremors – Neurology and Physiology of Trauma and Stress – Survival Responses – Containment and Self Regulation and 4 TRE™ Sessions. This workshop can be taken for self-healing and self-development with TRE™. It is very practical and open to anyone – with or without a therapeutic background. You can take this training without committing to continue with the certification process towards becoming a Certified TRE™ Provider. With this workshop you will be able to continue using TRE™ for yourself as a self-help tool, as it teaches you the foundation needed for good and safe personal practice.
