About the Training
The training starts with a two day workshop which is open to all.
In Module 1 will explore the key concepts of TRE, Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises. It is ideal for those wishing to learn about releasing stress, anxiety or work with past trauma. It is also the first stage of the TRE Provider Process to teach TRE to others.
We will explore an embodied sense of:
– An understanding of TRE and ‘The Tremor Mechanism’
– Learning to shake in a way that feels contained, regulated and enjoyable
– Exploring grounding in TRE as a felt sense within the body
– Self-regulation and the importance of going slow
– The neurophysiology of stress and trauma and how shaking ‘reboots’ the nervous system
– Avoiding Freezing, Flooding and Dissociation

Module 1 Online – 7th & 8th February 2026
Module 2 Online – 21st & 22nd March 2026
Module 3 Online – 19th & 20th September 2026
The Provider Process training with Train TRE offers ongoing support and personal development through connection and shared learning. This is a theme in the style of the training including group discussion, online group supervision and shaking together. TRE was meant for community.
You can complete the training in 10 – 18 months. The dates of the modules are spaced to facilitate completion within a year, however you can take your time and complete within 18 – 24 months.
Investment Options:
Option 1: Book weekend workshop only. If you would like to try TRE and are unsure if you would like to teach TRE to others select this option. You can upgrade after Module 1. Investment £275 and to upgrade post Module 1 £2150
Option 2: Early Bird Full Training (pre 1st December 2025) – Investment £2100
Option 2: Full training (from 1st December 2025) – Investment £2395 (instalment plan available).

3 Online 2 day weekend Modules – 10am – 6pm each day
Online Group Supervisions
Online Group TRE Sessions with trainees & TRE Providers run by a trainer/mentor
Supervision Sessions with your key mentor and Certification Trainer
Final Certification Session with your Certification Trainer
