It is ideal for those wishing to learn about releasing stress\, anxiety or work with past trauma. It is also the first stage of the TRE Provider Process to teach TRE to others.\ n\nWe will explore an embodied sense of:\n\n- An understanding of TRE and ‘The Tremor Mechanism’
\n- Learning to shake in a way that feels con tained\, regulated and enjoyable
\n- Exploring grounding in TRE as a fel t sense within the body
\n- Self-regulation and the importance of going slow
\n- The neurophysiology of stress and trauma and how shaking 'reboo ts' the nervous system
\n- Avoiding Freezing\, Flooding and Dissociation 
\n\nIf you are signing up for The Provider Process to teach TRE to othe rs:\n\nDates:\n\nModule 1 Online - 7th &\; 8th February 2026\nModule 2 Online - 21st &\; 22nd March 2026\nModule 3 Online - 19th &\; 20th S eptember 2026\n\nThe Provider Process training with Train TRE offers ongoi ng support and personal development through connection and shared learning . This is a theme in the style of the training including group discussion\ , online group supervision and shaking together. TRE was meant for communi ty.\n \nYou can complete the training in 10 - 18 months. The dates of the modules are spaced to facilitate completion within a year\, however you ca n take your time and complete within 18 - 24 months.\n\nInvestment Options :\n\nOption 1: Book weekend workshop only.
