Join health and wellness pioneer Lynea Gillen for a powerful, heart-centered TRE training experience.
Lynea has extensive experience with TRE, having organized and assisted with Dr Berceli in dozens of certification trainings over the last 10 years. Lynea also piloted the development of TRE’s online global certification trainings.
Complementing Lynea’s TRE expertise is her decades of experience as both a counselor and yoga teacher, making her well versed in body/mind approaches to health and healing.
Lynea has been featured on TV regarding children and trauma, writes frequently on this and other health issues, and her books and media have won nine national awards. Her accredited Yoga Calm for Children program is used by tens of thousands of educators and therapists around the world in classrooms, clinics, and psychiatric units at the Masonic Children’s Hospital and the Mayo Clinic.
