The neuroscience of neurogenic tremoring, the TRE™ exercise sequence, somatic awareness, containment and grounding. Guided full TRE™ sessions with direct feedback from your trainers.

TRE™ Module 1 — Continued & Completion
Deepen your practice, integrate the learning and complete Module 1. Q&A, personal practice time and guidance toward Modules 2 and 3. ICF CCEs Certificate of completion issued on completion.
