These live Zoom classes are designed for individuals who have already attended an Intro to TRE™ Workshop or private session and would like continued guidance and support in their TRE practice.
Each class includes a brief check-in, guided TRE exercises, time for tremoring, and space for integration and questions. Practicing in a group setting can help deepen body awareness, support nervous system regulation, and build confidence in your personal TRE practice.
Classes are 1 – 1.5hrs and open to participants worldwide.
