In this two day module students learn how to safely teach the TRE to individuals.
You will deepen your understanding of trauma and the body and explore the science and application of polyvagal theory in the TRE space.
Students will practice how to observe and be with a shaking body
We will also learn how to create layers of safety for clients to meet their bodies.
