TRE Module 1 – 2 Days, Personal Process
Learn how TRE® was developed by Dr David Berceli and to safely start and stop natural tremors. The two days will be a mix of theory, shaking and embodiment practice on both days with plenty of time to ask questions
Both theory and practice will cover the core principles of:
• Grounding
• Self regulation
• Avoiding freezing, flooding and dissociation
• Self healing the neurophysiology of trauma using the body
You can attend Module 1 without any commitment to go through the certification process towards TRE® Provider. This Module the main focus is on your personal process and journey with self-regulation. Although there is a lot of interesting theory to share about trauma and the body, the main focus for Mod 1 is the practical experience of the tremors for students. It is important to come into relationship with TRE is a felt, embodied, experience.
