The two days will be a mix of theory\, shaking and embodime nt practice on both days with plenty of time to ask questions\nBoth theory and practice will cover the core principles of:\n• Grounding\n• Self regulation\n• Avoiding freezing\, flooding and dissociation\n• Self he aling the neurophysiology of trauma using the body\n\nYou can attend Modul e 1 without any commitment to go through the certification process towards TRE™ Provider. This Module the main focus is on your personal process a nd journey with self-regulation. Although there is a lot of interesting th eory to share about trauma and the body\, the main focus for Mod 1 is the practical experience of the tremors for students. It is important to come into relationship with TRE is a felt\, embodied\, experience.\n\nYou have to follow the Global Certification process to be able to teach TRE™ furt her to individuals and small groups. Required supervision session between Module I and Module II as well as after Modul II before certification can be completed. The process is completed between 12-18 months from start of Module I.\n\nKate Munden is an Advanced TRE Provider &\; Mentor and one of the 6 Certification Trainers in the UK. She is priviledged to have don e advanced trainings directly with Dr Berceli and is the current Chair of the TRE UK Assocation.\n\nBecoming a Certified TRE Provider\n\nTo become a Certified TRE™ Provider\, you’ll need to attend six mandatory trainin g days (divided into two or three modules) as well as being supervised thr oughout your process\, read required literature and follow up on required assignments.\nBetween Module 1 and Module 2:\nMinimum 20 hours of journali ng of own TRE Process\nMinimum 2 personal TRE tremoring sessions facilitat ed by your Mentor\nRead required literature and write short report – Wha t is the physiology of trauma? 250-500 words\nComplete Pre M2 Agreement wi th your Trainer and agree whether now is right time to attend Module 2\n\n Recommended gap between modules is minimum 6 weeks to maximum 6 months\n\n Please note: One 18 May 2020 New Guidelines from TRE for All\, Inc were pu blished. All training can now be taught online and all parts of the TRE Ce rtification Process can be done online.
