This is a mainly self-experiential opportunity to learn how to provide TRE™ for two people ( couple, partners, friends ect. ), or practice TRE™ as a couple.
We will discover what challenges and obstacles we can meet in this configurations of clients and inside a couple relation by practicing TRE™
How to manage when they have different approach to a session?
What tools we can use?
How to organize space and our attention?
To experience in this context the simplicity and complexity of the TRE™ work – are there moments, personal issues etc. when TRE™ is not enough, or impossible to apply? …needs to be modified and / or it should be supplemented by therapeutic work , e.g.
