We are excited to bring a TRE™ Certification training to Iceland, hosted by Svava Brooks, certified TRE provider, and Alex Greene, visiting global certification Trainer.
TRE™ Global Certification Training – Iceland is divided into three live, experiential modules, carefully designed to help you establish a transformative personal practice, facilitate one-on-one sessions, and lead group workshops.
The three-module training will take place at Yogavin, Grensásvegur 16. 108 Reykjavík.

Foundations of TRE™ & Establishing Your Personal Practice.

This module provides a comprehensive overview of TRE™ and guides you to develop your relationship with this innate and empowering healing mechanism.
In this 2-day group training, you will learn about the effects of stress and trauma on the mind and body, explore the principles behind TRE™’s benefits, and begin your personal practice.
