In this two-hour session, we will connect and share experiences related to the topic of the talk and TRE® in general, and you can ask questions related to the topic of the talk.

We will explore TRE used for pain relief, practical techniques to incorporate TRE into your wellness practice, and how to guide your clients to manage their pain and how to work with pain in TRE sessions.

We will do a tremor session, demonstrate interventions and modifications, and provide individual guidance and support.

These sessions are for those with quite a bit of experience with TRE® as a personal practice, instructors, and trainers. They are not beginner sessions and provide additional ideas, exercises, and interventions compared to the basic set of TRE® exercises.

The purpose of these sessions are also to connect with others who practice TRE® to share experiences, support and learn from each other.

About Raquel Devillé

TRE® provider, yoga teacher and therapist

With a solid foundation in HR management and a master’s in Occupational Health and Ergonomics, I’ve have an affinity for understanding how the human body works and moves. My journey took a transformative turn when I discovered yoga and TRE. This was a game-changer, as it allowed me to combine my academic knowledge with a more holistic approach to health and wellness.

As the founder of Recentrez-vous, a yoga and therapy center in Virton, Belgium, I’ve had the privilege of sharing my knowledge and passion with diverse groups of persons. But it’s my work as a TRE provider that has been the most rewarding. I’ve helped over 100 people find relief from back pain, chronic pain, and sleep issues through TRE. Some of my clients have even been able to avoid back and knee surgery, thanks to the benefits of this practice.

I’m a proud Portuguese native from the ocean-side village of Ericeira, but now call Virton, Belgium, home. I’m a firm believer in living a balanced, natural lifestyle – I walk everywhere with barefoot shoes, eat only non-processed foods and I go to sleep early.
