In the beginning, the session will be focused on you and the TRE™ exercises, with the gongs playing a supporting role (enabling an even deeper connection with the body). A development integration will follow such that you will find yourself laying in stillness while the gongs guide you into deeper relaxation and towards the depths of your own being.
