This Special Time Out For Teachers Workshop includes: Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (TRE), Breath Work, Grounding Exercises, Chakra Cleansing & Clearing, Aromatherapy, Yoga Nidra, Affirmations and Sound Healing with The Gong. A powerful array of tools will be taught and practiced to ensure our teachers get the pampering and support they truly deserve. OLGC acknowledges, supports, and cares for our greatest asset: our teachers – the caregivers of our children.
