A 3-day TRE experiential workshop for those interested in learning TRE for application in a professional, therapeutic setting. This 3-day module I training is the first requirement toward becoming a Certified TRE Provider and will include:
Exploration of the stress-trauma response, including anatomy, neurology, physiology
Understanding the therapeutic tremor response
Experiential introduction to TRE as a self-practice
Exploration and application of self-regulation in TRE
Containment and grounding strategies
Beginning skills for teaching TRE to others.
This is an experiential training with a strong focus on the trainee’s personal tremoring experience. Additional certification requirements must be met for full certification and to develop competencies needed to teach TRE™ to others. Module 1 is open to everyone who wants to have a deeper immersion and experience with TRE. It is possible to attend the module I weekend as a self-help workshop only without continuing to module 2.
