I am Carolanne Hall, a Certified TRE™ Provider and Grounding Coach from Scotland. I trained with Freedom Within Wellness in Thailand.

I currently teach online, both in group and individual sessions. My teachings bring a combination of education on the revolutionary TRE™ process,  mindful self-compassion awareness, with a strong focus on breathing and grounding techniques to help you regulate your nervous system.
