In this introductory workshop participants will experience the tremor mechanism and they will learn about the history and origin of this practice, the way the stress and trauma effect our body and how TRE helps to release stress, tension and trauma patterns. They will also get ideas and tools on how to sustain this practice in their everyday life to maximize its positive and relaxing effects.

Maria Alfaro is a Senior TRE™ and Neurogenic Yoga™ Certification Trainer and Provider. Since 2004 she taught TRE to thousands of people in the US, Europe, Canada, Asia and the Middle East, she assisted Dr.Berceli in numerous trainings in the US, South Africa, Brazil and Japan and she led hundreds of public workshops and over 100 Certification Trainings worldwide. Maria is also an E-RYT and one of two co-creators of Neurogenic Yoga, a sister method of TRE.
