a total of 16 hours in class workshop providing an in-depth view of how our body & mind works and how TRE™ can support us integrating ourselves to enhance our quality of life.

The workshop package includes:

• 2 (two) days workshop conducted by Certified TRE™ Providers
• 4 (four) after workshop private individual 1-on-1 sessions with your own Certified TRE™ Provider
• 2 (two) public sessions with our in-house Certified TRE™ Providers
• Multiple TRE™ sessions within the workshop conducted by Certified TRE™ Providers
• Coffee breaks, stationeries, notebooks, yoga mats & TRE.co.id T-shirt will be provided
