This 4-week introduction course is ideal if you are new to TRE® and the nervous system but seek a personal experience at your own pace.

TRE® is a powerful tool to help your body release accumulated stress and tension—whether from daily life or deeply held trauma. As the body lets go, you may experience greater ease, clarity, and freedom.

Course Structure

🗓 Session Schedule
This course includes four private 90-minute sessions, held online via Zoom or in-person if available. Sessions begin the week of June 16, 2025, with scheduling tailored to suit your availability. I recommend 1–2 sessions per week, though we’ll follow the pace that best supports your body.

🌱 Session 1: Foundations
We’ll begin with an introduction to TRE®, an overview of the nervous system, grounding techniques, and your first guided tremor experience.

🌊 Sessions 2–4: Integration & Practice
Each session includes a check-in to reflect on how you’ve felt since the last session, followed by deeper nervous system education, grounding tools, and tremor practice.

📩 Between Sessions
After each session, you’ll receive a written summary, along with handouts, journal prompts, guided meditations, and simple practices to continue integrating at home.

4 sessions may enable you to practise TRE® safely on your own, although to learn how to facilitate the tremors through your body to release deeper tension patterns, follow-up sessions are available as an added option.

About Your TRE® Provider

Originally from Scotland, I now split my time between Edinburgh and Seville, Spain. As a Certified TRE® Provider and Breathwork Coach, I bring experience working with a wide range of clients—including parents, teenagers, families, and individuals facing challenges such as MS, PTSD, Parkinson’s, and chronic illness. Having personally navigated the journey of chronic illness and burnout, I understand the importance of going at a pace that honours your body’s needs.

My sessions combine the innovative practice of TRE® with mindful self-compassion, breathwork, and grounding techniques—equipping you with natural tools to regulate your nervous system, feel safer in your body, and cultivate deeper self-trust.
