This 4-session journey offers you a gentle, supported way to begin releasing stress and reconnecting with a deeper sense of safety in your body.
TRE™ (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a simple yet powerful practice that activates your body’s natural tremor response—a built-in mechanism designed to release stress, tension, and trauma.
Rather than talking through your experiences, TRE™ allows the body to do what it already knows how to do: let go.
What to Expect
Across 4 private sessions, you’ll be gently guided to:
🌱 Understand your nervous system and how stress lives in the body
🌱 Learn grounding tools to feel safe and supported
🌱 Experience and build trust with your body’s natural tremor response
🌱 Begin releasing stored tension at a pace that feels right for you
Each session meets you exactly where you are. There is no forcing, no pushing—just a deep respect for your body’s timing.
Between sessions, you’ll receive simple practices, reflections, and resources to support your integration.

About Your Certified TRE™ Provider
Originally from Scotland, I now live with my family in Seville, Spain. As a Certified TRE™ Provider and Breathwork Coach, I bring experience working with a wide range of clients—including parents, teenagers, families, and individuals facing challenges such as MS, PTSD, Parkinson’s, and chronic illness. Having personally navigated the journey of chronic fatigue and burnout, I understand the importance of going at a pace that honours your body’s needs.
My sessions combine the innovative practice of TRE™ with mindful self-compassion, breathwork, and grounding techniques—equipping you with natural tools to regulate your nervous system, feel safer in your body, and cultivate deeper self-trust.
