Join us for a 60-minute TRE “refresher” session each Thursday at 4:00pm PST.

Previous TRE experience required — this class is intended for people who have already learned how to do TRE safely and with self-regulation either through an introductory workshop, group or session with an approved Provider, or by learning and practicing at least several times with a book or a video.
This class follows the classical TRE format: we will do all the preparatory exercises and Maria will offer modifications as needed.
Maria will hold space for 15 minutes of tremoring and provide varying tips and suggestions of ideas to try to expand and deeper your personal tremoring practice.
We close each class with an opportunity to share experiences and ask questions about TRE practice.

About your instructor:
Maria Alfaro, Senior TRE® and Neurogenic Yoga™ Certification Trainer. Since 2004 Maria taught TRE to thousands of people in the US, Europe, Canada, Asia and the Middle East, she assisted Dr.Berceli in numerous trainings in the US, South Africa, Brazil and Japan and she lead over hundred Certification Trainings worldwide. She is also an E-RYT and one of two co-creators of Neurogenic Yoga, a sister method of TRE.
