Festive Shake + Social

An extra extra extra cosy class with a festive twist. We will explore our TRE practice with lots of space to shake before a deep integration with hands-on reiki (sooo nourishing). We’ll slowly come back together for a cuppa and festive treat.
This is an open level class that welcomes both new and regular shakers, focusing on connection, slowing down and deep rest.
