In this one-day dynamic and experiential workshop, you will learn everything you need to know about TRE and be able to continue this healing practice on your own. You will also be offered the opportunity to participate in the low-cost monthly peer-group sessions (previous participants only) and on-going support if you wish to maintain contact. Raymond was Ireland’s first TRE practitioner : thanks to his continued interest in all-things TRE, trauma and recovery, he believes he can make a difference.
