Practicing with a group of fellow explorers experienced in TRE™ is a fun way to take your own practice to a deeper level.
The workshop facilitator, Travis Rumsey, is an Advanced TRE Provider. We’ll have props and other toys to help the tremors move through sticking points leading you to even deeper tension release.
