This introductory workshop not only allows you to experience the tremoring response in a safe environment , but also gives you a foundation for understanding this natural neuro-physiological response. Learn about the history and origin of TRE and how it helps to release stress, tension and trauma patterns.
Most people describe the tremoring experience as pleasant and report many improvements in their physical and emotional state.

Since 2004 Maria taught TRE to thousands of people in the US, Europe, Canada, Asia and the Middle East, she assisted Dr.Berceli in numerous trainings in the US, South Africa, Brazil and Japan and she facilitated hundreds of public workshops and over 100 Certification Trainings worldwide. She is also an E-RYT and one of two co-creators of Neurogenic Yoga, a sister method of TRE.
