Sessions:
Basic TRE: Covers the Basic TRE exercises and shake session
Somatic TRE: Uses Somatic based movements/exercises to target the muscles that we are stretching and fatiguing during Basic TRE before getting into the shakes.
Emotional Tour TRE: Emotional Tour is a Somatic based experience of processing Emotions through natural body movement and expressions, this combined with targeted TRE exercises into Shaking encourages both external expression to release before taking it into the more internal Neurogenic Release.
If you book multiple sessions, I take you through each starting from Basic TRE to ensure you have a clear understanding of each modality, how it works for you, and how you can use it to create your own self practice.
