Tension & Trauma Release Exercises followed by aromatherapy, progressive relaxation & sound healing with the Gong. Please bring your own yoga mat, a journal, a pillow/blanket (if you desire), and a water bottle. Please dress comfortably and arrive 5-10 minutes early. Class will start promptly at 10 am
