Thursday, February 14th, and Friday, February 15th. 2019 – 9 AM to 5 PM

Saturday, Ferbruary 16th, 9 AM to 3 PM

( Module 2 dates will be established during the Module 1 training, in order to try and establish dates that will work for all attendees. Module 2 generally occurs about 3.5 to 4 months after Module 1)

– the science of (neurology, anatomy, the human nervous system and physiology) of TRE

– integration of TRE into the student’s body and practice teaching one-to-one

– the role of the polyvagal theory in the TRE process

– the role of self-regulation when doing TRE

– managing freezing, flooding and dissociation and lack of self-regulation in the self

– the neurobiology of trauma

– neuroplasticity and recovery

– the foundations of somatic learning and working with the body
