This 2-day TRE™ experiential workshop is for those interested in learning TRE™ as part of
their self care and personal development.
This workshop has a strong focus on your personal
tremoring experience. You will learn to use TRE™ as a tool for stress release, centering, and
generating new patterns of behaviour. Should you wish to take TRE™ to others, this workshop
serves as the beginning of the certification process.
The topics we will cover in the module
are:
● Exploration of the stress response including anatomy, neurology, and physiology
● Understanding the therapeutic tremor response
● Experiential introduction to TRE™ as a self-practice
● Exploration and application of self-regulation in TRE™
