This 2-day TRE™ experiential online workshop is for those interested in learning TRE™ as a tool for stress release, centering, and generating new patterns of behaviour. Create your practice for self care and personal development. It is also the first requirement toward leading others in their TRE™ process.
To become a globally Certified TRE™ Provider in order to lead others in TRE™, you must also complete iModule2 and iModule3. These workshops will focus on leading others in the practice of TRE™️. iModule2 will cover skills to work with individuals whilst iModule3 will cover skills to work with groups.
