TRE Provider Certification Program with Donna Phillips, TRE Global Certification Trainer
This in-depth training teaches you how to safely and confidently facilitate a Tension & Trauma Release Exercise (TRE) session for individuals and groups, both in-person and online.
In addition to the core curriculum which is required by TRE For All, this training program also includes additional TFA approved content for working with diverse physical conditions.

Course Length:
Most students complete coursework in 10 months to 1 year from start of Module 1.
Format:
3 two day in person or online Modules ~36 classroom hours
3 supervision practicums (one after each module)
*Supervision held online via Zoom
Module 1: TRE Personal Practice September 12 and 13, 2026
Module 2: TRE Teaching TRE to one person November 7 and 8, 2026
Module 3: TRE Teaching Group January 9 and 10, 2027
Cost:
Paid in Full $4150 by September 5, 2026
Pay by Module:
Module 1 $450 (taking only for personal practice)
Module 1 with supervision practicum $1100
Module 2 with supervision practicum $1700
Module 3 with supervision & Final $1900
