The Intro to TRE Workshop on March 13th is a prerequisite for all subsequent TRE Classes. The four-week intensive TRE series is an introductory course purposely designed to ensure that you are prepared for a safe at-home TRE practice and is the prerequisite series for our advanced TRE classes. Dress comfortably for some gentle stretches that will fatigue the muscles from the ankles up to the core to activate neurogenic tremors that feel quite pleasant. “Shaking” of the muscles will discharge stress, tension and trauma that have been stored within the muscles and will promote feelings of peace and healing. Included in the series is breath work, visualizations, affirmations, progressive relaxation, and aromatherapy. The last class will introduce you to sound healing with the healing sound vibrations of the Symphonic 32” Paiste Gong.
