Have you ever wondered why certain patterns keep showing up in your tremoring practice?
Here’s the thing: those patterns often go back to your earliest moments of development—before
you could even walk or talk.
We’re excited to bring you a workshop that connects the dots between primitive reflexes and
neurogenic tremoring.
What makes this workshop different?
Cheda Mikic—a TRE™ Trainer with 30+ years in complementary medicine—will guide you
through how primitive reflexes influence everything from movement to emotional regulation.
You’ll learn how tremoring and spontaneous movements can help rebalance these foundational
patterns.
Here’s what you’ll discover and walk away with:
● How to recognise and integrate basic primitive reflexes through tremoring
● Why certain patterns persist (and what to do about them)
● Practical techniques to rebalance your brainstem, limbic system, and brain hemispheres
● Tools you can use with clients or in your own practice
● How reflex integration improves sensory, motor, emotional, and cognitive function
● How your earliest reflexes still show up in your body today
● The developmental timeline that shaped your nervous system
● Practical techniques for working with primitive reflex integration
● How this knowledge applies whether you’re working with clients or exploring your own
practice
What to expect:
Over immersive 3 days in the great venue in the centre of the beautiful Budapest city we will
have the opportunity to work and practise in a group and in pairs, as well as grow together as
part of the TRE community.
Cheda will guide you through the fascinating connection between primitive reflexes and
neurogenic tremoring. You’ll learn both the theory and embodied practice—understanding how
your earliest developmental patterns shape your nervous system, and what you can do about it.
