January 30, 31, and February 1, 2015 – Los Angeles, CA – TRE 3-Day Module 1 Certification Training
Description:
A 3-day TRE experiential workshop for those interested in learning TRE for application in a therapeutic setting. New for 2015, TRE, LLC has adopted a standardized Global Certification Training Program valid in 35 countries. This 3-day Module I training is the first requirement toward becoming a Certified TRE Provider and will include:
Multifaceted exploration of the stress-trauma response continuum, including anatomy, neurology, physiology, and psychology
Understanding the therapeutic tremor response
Experiential introduction to TRE
Basic therapeutic skills for teaching TRE in an individual setting
Containment and grounding strategies
Professional and ethical considerations
Workshop open to the public and there are no prerequisites. Class size limited to 20 participants. Please bring your own yoga mat and blankets; complimentary water/tea/snacks provided. Lunch is on your own (there are several options in the neighborhood). Free parking for all students. Lodging information will be sent upon request.
Course participants eligible for 6.5 Continuing Education Units per day from the California Board of Registered Nursing.
Cancellation Policy: Registration fee is fully refundable ONLY with at least 7 day written notice, minus a $25 administration fee. Cancellations with less than 7-day notice may be applied to the registration fee for the next Module I workshop.
