The official TRE.co.idĀ sessions are now open for public.
a #SaturdayShake group sessions will occur twice every Saturday:
- 7PM-8PM session (19:00-20:00)
- 8PM-9PM session (20:00-21:00)
Pick one session and pre-book your slot to be guaranteed a space, go-show shakers would be on a first come-first served basis due to limited space availabble.
TREā¢ can support us integrating ourselves to enhance our quality of life.
Each session includes:
- Full TREā¢ exercises for beginners conducted by Certified TREā¢ Providers
- GroupĀ TREā¢ session observed by Certified TREā¢ Providers
- Group discussion to deepen our understanding conducted byĀ Certified TREā¢ Providers
- Drinks & yoga mats would be provided.
