This is a free talk and open to anyone.
In this talk you will receive an introduction to body-oriented change processes, trauma work, learning, and self-development, and why it is useful to include the body. There will also be a short presentation of TRE™, Trauma Release Exercises and The Response Funnel Model.
You will also gain new perspectives on self-regulation and how we can apply insights from body-oriented trauma work not only at an individual level but also in relationships and from a broader organizational and societal perspective.

- The Response Funnel Model: a practice-oriented pedagogical model that provides an overview of how humans react behaviorally, emotionally, and cognitively when facing challenges, conflicts, crises, and stress.
