My aim is to help others learn practical tools that can make life feel manageable, inspiring and full of opportunity. In addition to a personal practice of tai chi, yoga and meditation of nearly 30 years, I have completed 500 hours of Yoga Alliance teacher training, with specialisations in vinyasa, yin, somatic release techniques and meditation. I hold additional yoga alliance qualifications in yin yoga, breath-work coaching, transformational breathwork, sound frequency balancing therapy, space-holding and ceremonial cacao ritual. I offer 1:1 and group TRE ® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) sessions. -
