DESCRIPTION:I’m delighted to be running this new monthly TRE workshop in 
 Worthing\, is West Sussex (UK)\, with my colleague and TRE Provider Babett
 e Lee on Saturday 27th June.\n\nConnect with your very own way to release 
 stress naturally through involuntary vibrations and movement with TRE. Thi
 s two day monthly workshop starting on 27th June at 10am in Central Worthi
 ng will show you how.\n\nTRE\, Tension &amp\; Trauma Releasing Exercises\,
  is a natural way to engage with the body’s wisdom for healing. The orga
 nic involuntary movements and vibrations experienced using TRE allow the b
 ody to soften\, releasing stored tension and rebooting the nervous system.
  People often report feeling calmer\, grounded\, sleeping better\, energis
 ed\, peaceful and more embodied and resilient.\n\nThe priority is always c
 omfort and regulation.\n\nEach month we will also explore different practi
 ces for nervous system health and vagal toning.\n\nThe workshop is at the 
 beautiful Salt Water Studios in central Worthing\, close to transport link
 s\, at 10-12 on Saturday 27th June. Suitable for those new to TRE and thos
 e more practiced\, it offers a unique and natural way to reset\, feel good
