SUMMARY:TRE™ Weekly Online Group with Hans Holter Solhjell
DESCRIPTION:This weekly online group is for both those new to TRE as well a
 s those with previous experience with TRE™.\n\nClick here for detailed i
 nformation and registration.\n\nYou will learn the basic exercises and how
  to get good use of them\, but also will go beyond the basic exercises.\n\
 nWe will go beyond the basic exercises and work with the upper body\, the 
 arms and hands\, the head\, the feet etc. We will also explore movements a
 nd release beyond just tremors\, as well as release in the breath\, throug
 h the mouth and the nose\, working with the pulsating body.\n\nThis course
  series allows you to have regular TRE™ practice\, ask questions\, get p
 ersonal guidance and understand more of the body-oriented release work wit
 h stress\, trauma\, self-regulation\, and capacity development.\nDates:\nM
 ondays at 2 pm to 3.30 pm CET (Oslo\, Norway)\, on these dates:\n\n\n 	Jan
 uary 13th\n 	January 20th\n 	January 27th\n 	February 3rd\n 	February 10th
 \n 	February 17th\n\n\nAll dates the group meets on Zoom at 2 pm - 3:30 pm
