DESCRIPTION:n introduction to Tension &amp\; Trauma Releasing Exercises (TR
 E) alongside the herd.\n\nA gentle\, experiential morning exploring regula
 tion\, connection and our experience within the body.\n\nHorses naturally 
 move through states of activation and regulation\, responding\, moving and
  settling as they need to. Being alongside the herd gives us an opportunit
 y to slow down\, notice our own nervous system and experience what can hap
 pen through connection and co-regulation.\n\nWe then take that same curios
 ity into TRE\, a body-based practice using simple exercises to invite the 
 body’s natural tremoring response.\n\nNo previous experience of horses o
