 \nTRE™ (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a stress reducing pra
 ctice based around exercises that tone the body to allow for a release of 
 muscular patterns of tension by inducing a gentle state of physical vibrat
 ion. Many who engage TRE report an experience of higher levels of resilien
 ce\, vitality\, peace\, and connection with self.\n\nLed by TRE™ Provide
 r Sunné East. Session includes simple exercises to activate natural tremo
 rs\, followed by quiet rest and optional sharing.\n\nSessions are donation
 -based: $25–$60 sliding scale. Registration secures your spot. Participa
 nts pay directly at the studio via cash or Venmo before class begins.\n\nW
 ear comfy clothes that allow movement and bring a water bottle. Mats\, bol
 sters\, and blankets are provided\, but you’re welcome to bring your own
 .\n\nArrive 15 minutes early to park and settle in. Held at The Local Co-O
 p (also home to Mosaic Yoga)\, 1991 S 1100 E\, in Sugarhouse Alley behind 
 the Enfro building. Look for the second white building on the right—our 
 double doors face the colorful Ganesha mural. Parking is available in mark
 ed stalls in the alley or on nearby streets. Doors close at the start to m
