DESCRIPTION:TRE Module 1 is for those wishing to train in TRE as a TRE Prov
 ider or to gain a deeper understanding of TRE for personal use.\nThis Modu
 le is taught by Deborah Brown and includes a demonstration by the founder 
 of TRE\, Dr David Berceli\, the founder of TRE\, on the afternoon of Day 
 1.\n\n\n\n\n\nTRE Module 1 is for those wishing to train in as a TRE Provi
 der or deepen your practice of Tension and Trauma Release with the exercis
 es and core principles founded by Dr David Berceli for personal practice.\
 n\nThe two day online training is about you meeting you. Safely engaging w
 ith the body’s innate ‘tremor mechanism’ to release tension patterns
  and dynamically enhance connection and fluidity in the body. TRE helps to
  reduce stress and anxiety by rebooting the nervous system and improving o
 ur sense of wellbeing and connection to the body and others.\n\n 	As well 
 as learning to ‘shake’\, you will also learn:\n 	An understanding of T
 RE and ‘The Tremor Mechanism’\n 	The concept of grounding in TRE\n 	Se
 lf-regulation and the importance of going slow\n 	The neurophysiology of s
 tress and trauma and how shaking reboots the nervous system\n 	Avoiding Fr
 eezing\, Flooding and Dissociation\n\nTimings:\n\nDay 1   9.30am – 6.3
 0pm (demonstration with David Berceli 5pm – 6.30pm)\nDay 2  9.30am – 
 5.30pm\n\nThere will be plenty of breaks for rest and lunch.\n\nNote: Two
  additional modules and a supervision process are required to teach TRE to
