DESCRIPTION:TRE Module 1 is open to all - if you would like to train as a T
 RE Provider or simply to learn or deepen your knowledge of the TRE Process
  and core principles founded by Dr David Berceli for personal practice.\nT
 he two day weekend online training is about you meeting you. Safely engagi
 ng with the body's innate 'tremor mechanism' to release tension patterns a
 nd dynamically enhance connection and fluidity in the body. TRE helps to r
 educe stress and anxiety by rebooting the nervous system and improving our
  sense of wellbeing and connection to the body and others.\n\n\n 	As well 
 as learning to 'shake'\, you will also learn:\n 	An understanding of TRE a
 nd ‘The Tremor Mechanism’\n 	The concept of grounding in TRE\n 	Self-r
 egulation and the importance of going slow\n 	The neurophysiology of stres
 s and trauma and how shaking reboots the nervous system\n 	Avoiding Freezi
 ng\, Flooding and Dissociation\n\nTimings:\n10am - 6.00pm both days\nThere
  will be plenty of breaks for rest and lunch.\nYou Certification Trainer i
 s Deborah Brown.\nTrain TRE Certification Trainings are small groups with 
 learning facilitated through sharing\, experiential exercises\, and discus
 sion\, to support the key concepts of TRE and neuroscience theory\, and ar
 e supported by an experienced relational team.\nTwo additional modules and
  a supervision process are required to teach TRE to others as a TRE Provid
 er\, the time frame for which is 10-18 months. Supervision is a combinatio
 n of one to one with a TRE Mentor and in small groups.\nYou can read more
