 nt to free yourself from tension. TRE is a self-help tool developed by Dr 
 David Berceli that is used successfully throughout the world. The course w
 ill be very practical. Each day you will be supported through the exercise
 s and tremors\, including time for discussions and sharing of experiences.
  You will learn the theory of how trauma is held in the physical body and 
 can be released by the body naturally with self-induced therapeutic tremor
 s.\n\nParticipants will be introduced to TRE and the personal tremoring re
 sponse.\nParticipants will understand the tremor response.\nParticipants w
 ill learn anatomy\, neurology and physiology of stress and trauma as it re
 lates to TRE\nParticipants will learn defence reactions\, containment\, an
 d grounding strategies as they relate to TRE.\nParticipants will receive a
