DESCRIPTION:\n\n\nTRE Module 1 is for those wishing to train in TRE as a TR
 E Provider or to gain a deeper understanding of TRE for personal use\n\n\n
 \n\n\nAbout this Event\n\n\n\nTRE Module 1 is for those wishing to deepen 
 your practice of Tension and Trauma Release with the exercises and core pr
 inciples founded by Dr David Berceli for personal practice\, or to train i
 n as a TRE Provider to share TRE with others.\n\nThis two day online train
 ing is about you meeting you - safely engaging with the body's innate 'tre
 mor mechanism' to release tension patterns and dynamically enhance connect
 ion and fluidity in the body. TRE helps to reduce stress and anxiety by re
 booting the nervous system and improving our sense of wellbeing and connec
 tion to the body and others.\n\nAs well as learning to 'shake'\, you will 
 also learn:\n\n 	An understanding of TRE and ‘The Tremor Mechanism’\n 
 	The concept of grounding in TRE\n 	Self-regulation and the importance of 
 going slow\n 	The neurophysiology of stress and trauma and how shaking reb
 oots the nervous system\n 	Avoiding Freezing\, Flooding and Dissociation\n
