DESCRIPTION:\n\n\nTRE Module 1 is for those wishing to train in TRE as a TR
 E Provider or to gain a deeper understanding of TRE for personal use\n\n\n
 \n\n\nAbout this Event\n\n\n\nTRE Module 1 is for those wishing to train i
 n as a TRE Provider or deepen your practice of Tension and Trauma Release 
 with the exercises and core principles founded by Dr David Berceli for per
 sonal practice.\n\nThe two day online training is about you meeting you - 
 safely engaging with the body's innate 'tremor mechanism' to release tensi
 on patterns and dynamically enhance connection and fluidity in the body. T
 RE helps to reduce stress and anxiety by rebooting the nervous system and 
 improving our sense of wellbeing and connection to the body and others.\n\
 nAs well as learning to 'shake'\, you will also learn:\n\n 	An understandi
 ng of TRE and ‘The Tremor Mechanism’\n 	The concept of grounding in TR
 E\n 	Self-regulation and the importance of going slow\n 	The neurophysiolo
 gy of stress and trauma and how shaking reboots the nervous system\n 	Avoi
 ding Freezing\, Flooding and Dissociation\n\nTimings:\n\n10am - 6.00pm dai
 ly\n\nThere will be plenty of breaks for rest and lunch.\n\nIf you are sig
 ning up for The Provider Process to teach TRE to others two additional mod
 ules and a supervision process are required\, the time frame for which is
