DESCRIPTION:\n\n\nTRE Module 1 is for those wishing to train in TRE as a TR
 E Provider or to gain a deeper understanding of TRE for personal use\n\n\n
 \n\n\nAbout this Event\n\n\n\nTRE Module 1 is for those wishing to train i
 n as a TRE Provider or deepen your practice of Tension and Trauma Release 
 with the exercises and core principles founded by Dr David Berceli for per
 sonal practice.\n\nThe two day online training is about you meeting you. S
 afely engaging with the body's innate 'tremor mechanism' to release tensio
 n patterns and dynamically enhance connection and fluidity in the body. TR
 E helps to reduce stress and anxiety by rebooting the nervous system and i
 mproving our sense of wellbeing and connection to the body and others.\n\n
  	As well as learning to 'shake'\, you will also learn:\n 	An understandin
 g of TRE and ‘The Tremor Mechanism’\n 	The concept of grounding in TRE
 \n 	Self-regulation and the importance of going slow\n 	The neurophysiolog
 y of stress and trauma and how shaking reboots the nervous system\n 	Avoid
 ing Freezing\, Flooding and Dissociation\n\nThis Module includes a demonst
 ration by the founder of TRE\, Dr David Berceli\, the founder of TRE\, o
 n the afternoon of Day 1.\n\nTimings:\n\nDay 1 10am - 6.30pm (demonstratio
 n with David Berceli 5pm - 6pm) Day 2 10am - 5.30pm\n\nThere will be plent
