DESCRIPTION:\n\n\nTRE Module 1 is for those wishing to train in TRE as a TR
 E Provider or to gain a deeper understanding of TRE for personal use\n\n\n
 \n\n\nAbout this Event\n\n\n\nTRE Module 1 is open to all - if you would l
 ike to train as a TRE Provider or simply to learn or deepen your knowledge
  of the TRE Process and core principles founded by Dr David Berceli for pe
 rsonal practice.\n\nThe two day weekend online training is about you meeti
 ng you. Safely engaging with the body's innate 'tremor mechanism' to relea
 se tension patterns and dynamically enhance connection and fluidity in the
  body. TRE helps to reduce stress and anxiety by rebooting the nervous sys
 tem and improving our sense of wellbeing and connection to the body and ot
 hers.\n\n 	As well as learning to 'shake'\, you will also learn:\n 	An und
 erstanding of TRE and ‘The Tremor Mechanism’\n 	The concept of groundi
 ng in TRE\n 	Self-regulation and the importance of going slow\n 	The neuro
 physiology of stress and trauma and how shaking reboots the nervous system
 \n 	Avoiding Freezing\, Flooding and Dissociation\n\nTimings:\n\n10am - 6.
 00pm both days\n\nThere will be plenty of breaks for rest and lunch.\n\nYo
 u Certification Trainer is Deborah Brown.\n\nTrain TRE Certification Train
 ings are small groups with learning facilitated through sharing\, experien
 tial exercises\, and discussion\, to support the key concepts of TRE and n
 euroscience theory\, and are supported by an experienced relational team.\
 n\nTwo additional modules (below) and a supervision process are required t
 o teach TRE to others as a TRE Provider\, the time frame for which is 10-1
 8 months. Supervision is a combination of one to one with a TRE Mentor and
