My wor k draws on more than 30 years of experience with body-oriented learning\, movement\, personal development and trauma-related practice.\n\nMy practic e and certifications in Somatic Experiencing\, the Feldenkrais Method\, Co mmunicology and the Sounder Sleep System also influence the way I understa nd and teach TRE.\n\nMy background with a master degree in pedagogy and ed ucational science shapes how I teach. I bring together practical experienc e\, theory and reflection in a structured learning process\, with room for questions\, individual differences and learning over time.\n\nI have been active in the global TRE community for a decade and  have extensive expe rience supporting TRE providers after certification through mentoring grou ps and teaching advanced TRE - in depth courses.
